      Hi

Yes in some circumstances we do use human tisse. One of the things we use are human airway cultures (cells from a humans respiratory tract that we can grow the flu virus in). These are cells taken from a human that has either donated their bodies to science or from bits that have been taken out as biopsies from surgery. It all has to go through lots of paper work and ethical approval before we can use them but we get some great results from them too.
